I love luxury and enjoy reading luxury blogs. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to visit them all to ferret out the latest in luxury news. One solution is to create a luxury blog network that will syndicate content from the best luxury blogs–whether they are focused on bling, luxury travel, luxury real estate, luxury clues, luxury furnishings or just the rich and famous.

The Luxury Blog Network is under current construction with the Domus Consulting gurus, and we are actively seeking top luxury blogs and bloggers who might be interested in participating in this syndication.

Each article written within the participating luxury blog would be published in a truncated fashion, with a link leading back to the original blog article. The goal is to provide one place to check out the latest in luxury news and increase traffic to the participating sites.

Last nights annual New Years Eve bash at the Murphy home was lots of fun for all, and almost everyone was ready to drop kick 2007 out the door and welcome the promise of 2008 with open arms.

I thought 2007 had been put to rest (save for income tax drudgery); but when I opened todays email I discovered not one, but two 2007 accolades for Luxury Home Digest.

The first was an alert regarding RealEstateUndressed choice of the Luxury Home Digest article, Real Estate Fraud: Cash Back and Consequences as one of the real estate blogospheres top 7 articles for December 2007.

Very cool, I thought, and quickly went over to Larry Craguns site to express my thanks.

The next surprise email came from Zola Marquis at EliteChoice.

Zola (and crew?) had combed through the entire blogosphere to find the best 125 blogs for 2007 in diverse categories such as fashion, travel, wine and food, design, entertainment, advertising, best of the best, gadgets, automobile, social networking technology, sheer luxury, blogging forums and of course, real estate. Luxury Home Digest was chosen as one of the top six real estate blogs, sharing the stage with five outstanding real estate blogs (the comments are all Zolas):

Whenever I go to shop for technology of any sort, I head over to CNet to check out editorial and user reviews. Whether I am shopping digital cameras, tablet pc’s or cell phones, I know I can trust what they have to say.

It came as a recent wonderful surprise that they have also taken to rating blogs–or at least those that focus on technology. Luxury Home Digest of course did not make the cut, but that should come as no surprise. Luxury real estate blogs aren’t exactly at the top of tech blog lists.

The Real Estate Tomato hosts a number of real estate blogs throughout the country–and provides guidance regarding blogging basics, layout, design and the technical tangles that occasionally plague us all.

Keith Jeppson with Salt Lake Speaks suggested that we create a blogroll of all us folk on the Tomato Vine. Since blogrolls seem to be on the outs with search engines, I have taken to including my favorite blogs in occasional posts, where I (and those pesky search spiders and bots) can find them with ease.

This post is dedicated to all the other juicy tomatoes on the Real Estate Tomato vine. We are each very different, but are all comforted in knowing that we can email Molly Tomato and get a response when we run into technical problems with our real estate blogs.
