I've heard from a friend in real estate here in Tucson that there is a shift now (conversation about this weekend's wild fires) which may be happening into an area east of Tucson (J6 Ranch Road or something like that name). It seems there are a few folks from the fire area now interested in this part of Arizona for relocation. I think it is rumor only, because the coast will always be an area of interest. I can't see an area of high desert taking the place of a coastal area. tim

Ashley: I believe there are readers from all over the world who want to read not only about luxury real estate--but about real estate in San Diego, New York, Chicago and especially--Albuquerque. Your market is one of the healthier ones, I understand!

I too find it interesting to see where the visitors are coming from. Most of course come from the US (96%)but I have Moldova, Trinidad, and Sri Lanka, to name a few. Just in the last week I had a man from Japan sign up to receive new listings by email.
