It seems there are a few folks from the fire area now interested in this part of Arizona for relocation. I think it is rumor only, because the coast will always be an area of interest. Most of course come from the US (96%)but I have Moldova, Trinidad, and Sri Lanka, to name a few. Just in the last week I had a man from Japan sign up to receive new listings by email.
